You have to be careful with "cheating" because then it can spiral into cheating just a little bit once in a while, which eventually becomes every day. What I do instead is allow myself 1 sweet each day (usually a sugar free rice pudding with cinnamon) this really does satisfy my desire to eat sweets. Hope that helps!

Have you tried cutting down your fat intake and bumped up your protein? This along with 30 minutes of cardio 4 times a week will help you shed those extra pounds pretty quickly and safely.

Hi! I'm 23, 5'6 and started out at 162 lbs and I've lost 3 lbs since starting on myfitnesspal just this past week. It feels great to look at the scale and see the 159 and being finally out of the 160 range. My ultimate goal is to be 135 lbs! Its great to see so many other people reply to this forum!
