Nuts, fresh fruit, or anything with a high protein content (like peanut butter on crackers.) Personally, having something high protein works for keeping me feeling full.

Thank you for this reply! My left foot always gets tingly and numb when I exercise. It just so happens that when I shattered my ankle a few years back the surgeon did a bit of nerve damage. (Nothing major, but I did lose sensitivity on the top of my foot.) For a while there I was worried it was due to another major health…
