  • And, once you have it "scheduled"......make sure you have your bag all packed the night before, etc. IPod charged, water bottles, whatever you need. If not, you might get sidetracked and not go at all
  • I'm at 194.2 lbs, this morning, at my weigh in. yay! That's almost 6 pounds in a week. Sounds like a lot, but I'm just getting started, and you always lose more the first week. I might actually hit the 10 lb goal!
