I think that they add a bit more substance. I love putting them in Greek yogurt. I just add some in and let them sit for a few minutes in the fridge. Oh and I just get them in the grocery store.

I don't have dieting staples because I wouldn't say I am on a diet. I do however have foods that I eat on a regular basis. Mine are: eggs, broccoli, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and apples.

My goal weight is 110-115 pounds. I am 5'4" and I have a very small frame. My legs and arms look a lot smaller than my stomach, so if I wear a baggy sweatshirt I just look like I am thin lol. However without one I look chunky monkey style. I want to loose like 30 pounds currently 140 pounds. I loved the way I felt at 110…

I am a vegetarian. :) I mainly get my protein from greek yogurt, eggs, beans, and protein powder. Those (well besides the protein powder which is only an occasional thing) are foods that I eat everyday. I have a deep love for greek yogurt lol. I eat any where from 50-90 grams of protein a day.

This happens to me as well! If I eat in the morning I will want to eat all day, and it won't stop! No matter the size or the nutritional matter of the breakfast it still occurs! I will just keep on thinking about food all day.

I eat a lunch that consists of two eggs, two cups of broccoli, and one greek yogurt with two-three teaspoons of chia seeds. That's about 400 calories, and it's really…

Not a recipe, but as far as prepared salad dressing go Ken's Steak House Lite Italian with Basil and Romano is really yummy! It only has 45 calories for 2 tablespoons. I do have to note that fat really helps you absorb more nutrients from the greens in the salad. :)
