I saw a commercial for Dunkin Donuts Heart Shaped Cookie Dough Donut, a valentine special and I have asked my hubby to get me one of those for Valentines Day instead of a big box of chocolate or the roses I usually get. So yes like you I am learning to plan ahead and let My Fitness Pal do all the worrying.

1/2 cup ff cottage cheese, 1/4 cup frozen blueberries,1/2 cup all bran original cereal. I layer it in a small mason jar and pop it in the fridge..grab and go in the morning. 170 calories

For a Bright Green Smoothie: 2 handfuls spinach 1 frozen banana 1 handful frozen peaches 1 handful frozen mango For a Chocolate Green Smoothie 2 handfuls spinach 1-2 frozen bananas 2 tbs (or to taste) coco powder 1 tsp(or to taste) agave syrup Blend away, I think both are delicious.
