I used to really love salty things but after reducing my salt for a long time and not adding salt to my food I can really notice if something is salty, like green olives especially, I used to love them but now they're just blech

Well I had frankie and benny's 2 days in a row + about 800 cals worth of chinese recently and I lost 2lbs that same week XD just staying within my calories, it's not like I don't eat much overall either lol

I eat fruit everyday and I lose weight xD I'd say make calories your priority and try not to overcomplicate things as long as you know you're eating mostly healthy, and I don't know anyone who got fat eating fruit

Probably, I tried stopping once and I didn't even last a single day, it's become such a compulsive habit for me now that it's too hard to stop. If it keeps me in shape and helps me lose a few more pounds then it's not the unhealthiest obsession there is

Pizza for sure especially Dominoes, I used to get through a large dominoes pizza + maybe a side too (granted I would feel a bit sick after) never realised I was probably eating 3000-4000 calories lol
