So If I'm reading everything right on these forums, I think I am doing it right. I will continue on as I am. I will keep my settings the same on MFP to lose 1 lb a week with no exercise. If I do exercise, it will be added deficit, that I can eat back if wanted, or not if i'm not hungry.

yeah, I'm with you guys.....seeing that IS pretty awesome! One more quick question.....I make small goals, when I reach them I make a new one (10-20 lbs at a time).....can the ticker only show each small goal, or can I set it to my ultimate too and track both?

How do you plan for the "special treats" with MFP? On WW we had daily points and weekly points. I used daily points each day, and saved weekly points for a special day out with my hubby.
