I am driving myself crazy. I told my bf to throw the scale away but he hasnt and I have no will-power. I am hoping that in a few days, Ill be back to my old self and not be driving myself up a wall. Thanks for understanding!

What if she weighs, and doesnt look. U can put in her weight and if/when she is ready to weigh in again, you could do it for her so she doesnt have to get upset. Also, have her measure herself so she knows what she is starting at. Good luck

I think you are doing a good job getting protein in. As for little things, maybe switch to sugar free jelly. Add some almonds or nuts. Maybe switch rye bread to whole wheat once in a while (I love RYE too). I love having alot of fiber in my meals so they have english muffins that are only 80-100 calories with alot of…

I used to weigh weekly and then when I got close to my goal I started weighing almost every day. DO NOT DO THAT!!! I have asked servers before and they usually give you the blank stare. I now go online before I eat and type in the restaurant and see if they have nutrition. I even emailed corporate Mellow Mushroom and asked them if they had it. They emailed me back saying that they were getting it soon. Maybe do that with the restaurant…

I love the Pure Protein- dark chocolate bars. U can get them at Target. It is 180 calories and 20 grams of protein!

I read on here to brush your teeth. Once u brush your teeth, you wont want to eat. As for me, I just found 100 calorie kettle corn. That is my new to go to snack if I am just watching tv.

I think that if you go online and google search, healthy weights for people of the same height. Unfortunately, I do not know what it would be for someone is in a wheelchair. Good luck.

Thanks! I used to eat the DD iced coffee every day last summer.. and I wondered why I gained weight. I will def try it out with vanilla extract.

I see in the past few days u r eating white rice, white bread and no fruits. Try switching to brown rice, wheat bread and some fruits. That may help. Also, try having a healthier cereal like Multigrain cheerios, special k, etc. Good luck!

Thank you all for your advice. I just called my bf and of course we argued about this topic. I am so sick of this. I told him I would buy him green tea capsules and he wants those STUPID diet pills. UGH.
