My mom got me this egg container holder that you put in the microwave. Its at walmart for like 3.00. U put the serving size of an egg beater or egg in it, close it, then put it in the microwave for a min. Open it up, put it on a biscuit and you ARE DONE!!!! It is the best thing ever!!!

My bf is happy I lost over 20 lbs but he is sick of seeing me measure my food with measuring cups. He is eating better but doesnt measure his food. I saw a guy yesterday wearing a long sleeve shirt, and a sweatshirt over his head as he was walking on the treadmill.Its not like it was cold out, it was 90!!! I dont know about everyone else but I sweat too much to be wearing a winter outfit at the gym.

Hungry girl has a "guide to eating suishi".. Look up on google and u will find healthy choices to eat while there. I remember she said miso soup, spicy tuna rolls and other stuff.

I went to the local drugstore and picked up some candy, then I put a serving size in a zip loc bag. I got something I wasnt too fond of but took a while to eat like Good N plenty. What about gobstoppes, jelly beans, swedish fish?

I live in GA. I do have a dog but she is hypoallergenic so there are no allergies. I also take a pill in the morning and a pill at night, but I havent taken it. It may be allergies but its driving me crazy.

I just started packing my lunches since I am nannying full time. I pack the following: oikos vanilla greek yogurt, pure protein-chocolate deluxe bar, blueberries (or any fruit I have), banana, half of an english muffin and 1 tablespoon of peanut butter, string cheese or laughing cow cheese wedges and special k crackers.
