I came across this link today and thought it was a definite "worth reading!" Some of teh restaurants are not surprising, but I was SHOCKED to see Baja Fresh as one of the worst!

    thanks for sharing this! i was surprised to see Chick Fil-A on the best and equally surprised to see TGI Fridays and Baja Fresh on the worst.

    I am surprised Ruby Tuesday didn't make the good list...they revamped their menu and have tons of fresh grilled fish and grilled chicked entrees with many very low calorie nutrient dense sides like grilled zucchini, grilled beans, mashed cauliflower, and spagetti squash. I had a very filling lunch their for less than 550 calories and felt good about what I ate.
