I love Panera Bread's Thai Chopped Chicken Salad. I always ask for the dressing and the other sauce on the side and rarely use it. IT IS THE BEST!!!!

I didnt lose a lb until week 3 so you are lucky to lose 10 lbs so quickly. The rest of the weight will come off..it just takes time

Thanks. I was going to get some protein bars. I usually eat zone bars but what ones are good and low in calorie and sugar? As for going to a market, It will prob not happen since we are staying in Sandals.

I am not a personal trainer but how are you burning 5000 calories> There is no possible way unless u live at the gym or a professional athlete. Please explain

I was partially paralyzed due to 3 recent brain surgeries. I cant run, jog. I am only able to do like 20-30 min on the bike or ellyptical and I have lost 16 lbs. I was 144 and now 129. Just keep within your goal and eat healthy and do what you can.

Do not give up. I didnt lose a lb for over 3 weeks. The personal trainer in our complex told me that the best thing to do is to keep track of what you eat by logging it.

I know the kids I nanny for LOVE V8 Fusion juice or V8 Fusion Light. It has servings of fruits and vegetables in them and they drink it all the time.

Baked tilapia is only 100 calories. If I need dairy, I put a piece of low fat cheese on it and put it in the oven. YUM

I agree with the other posts. Cook healthy stuff for you and the kids. He will eventually get hungry and eat them. Maybe since he likes macaroni and cheese, have that as a side and something healthy for the main meal.
