  • I recently read in the Prevention Weight Loss magazine that a study was done at the University of Minnesota, they found that dieters that weighed themselves daily are able to drop extra pounds and keep them off than those who don't. However, you have to do what you think works best for you. I hope this was helpful.
  • when you put in your goals on this website it asks what type of job you do then it determines the calories your able to eat. I don't know if this info helps answers your question somewhat.

  • When some girls at work were preparing for a 10 mile race they started with running 1 minute, then walk 2 minutes intervals, then gradually went to 2 minute run, then 2 minute walk intervals, and then did 2 minute run, and 1 minute walk intervals. Finally, they were able to build up to continuous running .
  • When I follow MFP i always go over on my protein as well. So like one of the other's mentioned about a 40-30-30 ratio is what i tend to follow too. I also have a book with recipes to follow that plan.
