Well I am a bit late but I would like to join. I am a new jogger and am hoping to get in 50 miles this month. 2/7 2.7 miles 2/8 2.14 2/9 3.18 A total of 8 miles so far

2/9 was a huge success I can't believe I was under calorie goal!! Just for today 2/10 I will not have a beer after work and I will go for a walk on my lunch

Well yesterday was not a success, I did get in my cardio but didn't log my food at all, just for today I will log everything and stay within my calorie goal and I already got my 30 minutes cardio in so off to a good start!!

Yesterday was a success I made time to exercise. Just for today I will drink plenty of water and get in my 30 mins cardio. I am so grateful to have found this thread you are all so motivating, it's awesome!

I am a latecomer as well but just for today Friday 6th I will stay in my calorie goal and log EVERYTHING. I will not stay up late having drinks so I can work out in the morning

I am in on this also! I am 5'4" and 135 not sure what my body fat is but probably higher than it should be. Everyone seems super motivitated and that is just what I need. I have the hardest time on weekends so hopefully this will help!! Hello April...can't wait :)

Well only 11 more days in January so I think I will join!!! Sure hope I can handle that haha...hopefully some of you will keep it up in February cuz I could sure use the motivation. I have a hard time turning down a cold beer after a long day at work but my gut is out of control so I need to learn how to say no :)

Hi all I am 38 and need to lose about 20 pounds. I would love some friends so I have accountability. I have four boys, a desk job and a husband who is always tempting me with drinks and snacks!! I do good for about a week( at the most) and then get lazy. Please feel free to add me :)

Remember that muscle weighs more than fat! I started working out in December and have only lost 3 lbs but over 2 inches in my stomach! Dont obsess about the scale, its all about your clothes fitting differently :)
