I have loads of my own recipes loaded on MFP's recipe calculator. I use it all the time.

Be careful putting them on your ankles. If they are too heavy they will stretch the ligaments in your ankles.

Protein, fiber, calcium, vitamin A and vitamin D. I really don't pay any attention to protein. I eat foods that give me enough protein.

I work 12 hour shifts (7pm til 7am.) I eat breakfast when I get home in the morning. I eat dinner when I get up in the afternoon. Another meal around 9pm. Eat again around 1 or 2 am. Sometimes I get 5 meals sometimes 6. I log everything starting with breakfast. It works easier for me. Hope you find your grove.

I try to ride my bike twice a day. (HIIT, high intensity interval training.) I have a stand to make my bike a stationary bike. And I also run. (C2K) And on the days that I run I still ride. Sit ups and push ups are added almost everyday.

Recruiters are going to tell you anything to get you to sign up. I was in the Air Force but always wish I had joined the Army. Traveled to a lot of places that I would not have gotten to see. Also saw a lot of things that I wish I hadn't.

I work nights. (12 hour shift.) I eat breakfast when I get off work. I eat dinner when I get up in the afternoon. Then I usually eat 3 or 4 times durning the night. That comes out to 5, sometimes 6 meals a day.

I eat the entire egg. Have been for the past 43 years.

You would be surprised at how much better you feel if you stop the sodas. They zap your energy.

My first one since being in the military. 5k next month. I'm kind of excited. Not trying to win. Just concentrating on finishing strong.

High intensity for a short period of time. I use it for stationary bike. A 10 minute ride is equal to 75 minutes. Google HIIT training. Lots of sites.

I try not to use any condiments. Useless calories.

Waste of money. Workout and eat right and you will not need them.

You have to make the time to work out. I work 12 hour shifts (7pm til 7am.) Most days I work out twice a day. Before work and after work. You have to want it before it will work.
