I feel AWESOME!
When I started this journey last year my goal was to get down to 190 lbs. This morning I stepped on the scale and it was 190.0. (Dead on my goal weight.) And to make it even better, today is my birthday. I feel AWESOME!

Earthquake yesterday, Irene this weekend. Irene is huge and is now a catagory 3. 120 mph winds.

Dangerous NSV
I am happy that I have lost the weight. I have been through a few NSV's but none like this one. I was leaving the house today and when I opened the door my wedding band fell off of my finger. I am happy but now I need to get my ring re-sized. :ohwell:

Another NSV
My doctor lowered my dosage of bloodpressure medication. I was getting dizzy late in the afternoon after taking my medication. He was shocked that I had lost almost 30 lbs. Hopefully I will be off blood pressure medication soon.

I need a completly new wardrobe. All of my clothes are too big. IT FEELS GREAT!!!

Feeling great!!!
Everyone is noticing my weight loss. They ask me how I did it and I tell them, "riding my bike, eating better and myfitnesspal.com." I feel great!
