yeah we had a group last year, and we weighed in each week, it kind of fell apart at the end but it was still really fun

Great Story!. Even though most people bash Dr. Phil, what I believe is that he helps people realize what they already know! I read one of his books (geared at single women) and even made my boyfriend read it. Because life is about loving yourself and changing to become the best person you can be! I think the same thing! I was holding my niece yesterday and she is 25 pounds...and i was getting tired! just think about having that on your body...! it DOES put things into perspective

I think this is the right solution. start small....and work your way up...people dont change over night, but little things DO motivate. :) mini goals may be the best thing to work from.! GOOD LUCK!
