Sugar free Angel Food Cake and ice it with cool whip lite, top with strawberries. Super low calories and DELICIOUS.

Hope that worked, not good at posting pictures on here. /edit DARN. right click the picture and choose view image I guess. The side view is the biggest difference! I am 5'5, those are my "before" at 186 (hw 202) and I wore a size 17. the other is my current, 146 size 9. Goal weight is 130-135!

Horribly ashamed about this but ill admit it. I had a friend who took adhd medication and got skinny as a side effect. I talked my doctor into thinking I'm adhd and got perscribed that medication. I ended up having a seizure while driving and drove into a house. Never did lose any weight. Unless you count my inability to…

I've heard that as long as the sickness is only in your neck and above it's better to work out, as it will help push it out of your system. But if it moves south such as lungs etc do not work out.
