Another tip for box dye since you said your hair is so thick: buy two boxes! Nothing is worse than running out of dye halfway!

My favorite healthy cake is a sugar free angel food cake, topped with cool whip light! It is SO SO good, and if you make cupcakes they are only like 67 calories I think? You can also add sliced strawberries :)

Just a little tip for pull ups since you are struggling to get one: Put your foot on a chair to help you up, the farther away the chair is from you the more your arms are doing the work until you don't even need the chair anymore! Hope that helps

Going against the trend in this thread: I am NOT a pc gamer! But I love my 360, 3DS and Wii :) Zelda games, professor layton, paper mario are all my favorites though I do play more "manly" games such as red dead redemption, gta4, etc

Oh man I am currently in love with a recipe I got from clintswifeymomof4. There is an easier way to do this? I'm not using for the actual charts, those are all photoshops. Excel just has a list of everyone, previous weight, new weight, pounds lost, then I calculate the percent with a calculator, etc etc. Took forever to figure out the right formula.

EDIT: I totally understand you had to work late and I was willing to redo the charts tomorrow to add you but it seems you found my response rude. I'm sorry but we made the times very clear and I am very exhausted/cranky. It seems you dropped out of the challenge. I'm sorry you felt that was necessary.
