Just sent you a buddy request :) I'd be happy to help you!

It's hard, but I love it! I really hope I finish the entire program this time. I've started it a few times but haven't made it through. Here goes nothing...

Well...I made it!!! Took about 6 days for the headaches, cravings for sweets, and zero energy level to go away. I feel so much better now. I think I may actually have more energy then I did before drinking those things. I'll still have one now and then for sure (especially if I need to study for a while!), but hopefully…

This is NO fun by the way. Super tired and having a hard time focusing, but at least I only had a mild headache for a few hours yesterday and that was all. I'm craving sweets though, this surprised me.

Thanks, I've tried that in the past, but one leads to another...I'd rather just try and get it out of the way. But yes... I'm already anticipating the headaches that will come with this...

Hate them all you want...for now, eventually, when your a** gets rock hard and your pants fit, you'll love them! :)

SW: 147 CW: 134.6 GW: 120 (if my body will allow it, I want that 6 pack!) I was 125 about 4 years ago at my healthiest and most active. Height: 5'7 Age: 30 **No kids, want the reach my 6 pack goal before it's too late! I want a family some day, and I know it will be a LOT harder to achieve after that :)

Nevermind...I found a build your own membership with prices on their website. Thanks though!

I just remember the super high pressure salesman I had a few years ago. It would just be for me, no family package price.

I use a stability ball instead of my desk chair. This keeps my body more active, I also chew sugar free gum. I think both help to reduce eating when you are already full / satisfied.
-
That's fantastic!!! VERY happy for you :) Keep up the great work :)
-
hahaha, that's hysterical! Glad I'm not the only one that goes a little overboard when enjoying our treats!

Thanks!
