I log it everyday there is a lose. I don't really subscribe to the theory of not weighing your self everyday because of the ups and downs. I had a lot of ups and downs when I started but now my weight either drops of stays the same I dont really see the ups.

This is what I do as well because I wasn't doing this and went into starvation mode and didn't lose anything for 2 weeks.

congrats!! I am defiantly buying new clothes when I get there. I dont want to know because I would like to lose at-least 50 more pounds and dont want to buy clothes twice.

I weigh myself everyday, but on the rare day that I am a little higher than the day before I just dont chart it. I am excited when I am down even if it is a couple of tenths of a pound and just get more motivated when I go up a little.

Good luck I was also over 300lbs (318) to be exact. I started going to the gym almost everyday and eating right. I actually eat more now that I eat healthy and am loving the results.
