I love running also just double up if you can that way you can run more. I try to go to the gym twice a day just so I can get a nice burn from cardio. Also I do alternate between strength and cardio but for the most part I try to do both of them just strength in the morning and running at night.

One thing I recommend is Vibram five finger running shoes my wife had real bad shine splints and I told her to get the shoes now she says she has none and that it is much easier to run outside. I have also notice that those shoes help correct knee problems and strengthen your legs....just my two cents

I normal only eat half or less of my gym cal because I am really trying to lose weight and not get fatter...

Yes I have been doing this for a while I always start out with a 5-10 minute run then hit the weights hard...then do a light cardio.. now I think I will up my after cardio to 30 minutes like you said and see what results I get thanks for the info....

Ruffles light originals, they taste just like the originals and only have like 80 cal for like 10 or more chips.....

I agree I lift heavy weights but I don't have time to grunt or look to see if other people are watching me...I can not stand the girls and guys that waste time at the gym. Get in the gym handle business then get on with your life...don't slow me down because you lack purpose and coordination just get out of my way.....

First I have to say those Biscuits taste very good I love them....I item is brownies...when ever I see them I grow weak in the knees and cave in I normally feel bad but then I hit the gym to feel better!!!

Congrats on joining and I agree keep it to your self if you know you will hear negative stuff about it then don't let those people know. Don't feel bad about the treadmill the first time I ran it was only for 6 minutes and I ran it at a 10mph pace. I thought I was going to die you will get better faster and stronger.

Only if you want your stomach to get bugger....doing sit ups makes your ab muscle get bigger but if they are covered by fat then it will make you look bigger....

I wish I could squat but I blew my knees out :(...I defiantly agree that free weights are the best I get most my weightlifting info from Bodybuilding.com they have a ton of knowledge..I am trying to get as big as I can with out looking like a freak.

yea I had that problem also compression shorts works the best....nothing worse then pinching or crushing the baby makers.......
