Find some grass finished or pastured beef and pork too. Tofu is awesome when you saute it and get the outside a little crisp. Soy beans can be added to a salad. Most any bean will work in a salad too. Look for pastured eggs too. Eat food. Not a lot. Mostly plants.

Since your body breaks down the fructose in sugar the same way it breaks down alcohol, you might have just had a mild reaction to your body disposing of all that poison...;) Next time eat your fructose with fiber (ie eat whole fruit) and you'll feel much different...;)

Um...1 cup of milk has about 30% of your calcium, and 9 grams of protien. 3 1/3 cups of milk, 100% of calcium, 30g protien. Eat more green leafy veggies. Customize your goals and up your protein. Do what works for you!

Weight loss is 80-90% about what you eat. Eat right and you'll still lose. Plus you have all the motivation you need...get your butt in gear or kiss $60 goodbye. Must be nice to be able to throw away $60...wish I had it to waste.

Why are you watching your carbs? Watch your refined sugar intake. Eat any food you want for breakfast...it doesn't have to be "breakfast" food.

What the heck are you planning to eat that's 2,000 calories? Change your planned menu! I ate pizza until I was sick last night (stupid, stupid, stupid) and it was only 2,700 calories. Don't quit on today, but sure as hell revise the plan for tonight!

Spend time (brushing your teeth, cooking, etc) standing on one foot at a time. Balancing this way will help strengthen your muscles/tendons/ligaments that control your ankle joint. Once you get better at it, do it with your eyes closed.
