There is ALOT of PLYO in that workout.. no JOKE! Wheni first started it ( a year ago or so) i was 40 50- lb heavier and it KILLED my feet. I made the choice to keep going, but i did have to modify some of the moves.. like tuck jumps.. id do deep squats or squat jumps instead.. or the burpees, if you do them with wide…

PYRO is right!! CAREFULL! drink tons of water.. take in lots of protien, get lots of sleep. I love Tony.. ( come on who doesnt ??) Stretching can seem so yawn... for some.. i LOVE being limber and loose. I did the 40 min stretch and it was 1000 times more awesome that i had thought it was!!! Unless you like to be tight and more sore than necessary.. BEND over and get long! :)
