Usually I listen to something by Beyonce. I picture her dance routines, do them in my head, and it makes me feel like I'm a superstar lol! Also, Rick Ross - don't judge me. He says "I'm a BAWS" a million friggin times. I say it along and it convinces me to keep going. :D

maybe it's time to do something completely different (new work out routine, etc.) to shock your body into creating results again. congrats on the weightloss you have experienced already though! :)

Tonight I came home much later than I normally do and the idea of eating dinner at 9pm is definitely not something I wanted to do, so I considered skipping dinner for all of one whole second....but I WAS HUNGRY!!
