When I lift, I go for higher weights and fewer reps. That is, I aim for failure (can't lift it one more time) between 8 and 12 reps. Is there an advantage to lifting lower weights at higher reps? I think muscle is sexy, so I am trying to increase mine. :)

Just so you know, body fat has nothing to do with height. Total weight does, but if a person has, say, 50% body fat (obesity), it doesn't matter how tall or short they are--the result is the same: 50% body fat.
