  • I am starting over... I am 5'10 almost 5'11 sw = 200 gw= 150 I want to lose 20 lbs in the next 8 weeks.. we will see how that goes. i just have to stay motivated!! ok, that and work out! lol
  • a Juice fast might do it. although, I personally didn't like it and only lasted 2 days. I am still Juicing... just not only juicing. But if you can make it past the first 3 days I hear it does drop the weight fast.

  • hi, your post was 3 months ago, how did it work for you? I have taken it in the past and it seemed to work. The difference now, is I have quite a bit more weight to lose, and I am eating better, and working out at least 3 days a week. I am hoping by taking it, I will get faster results.
