I have trouble drinking water also. Except when I'm working out or am really hot. But when I'm at home I often use the crystal light 5 cal packages for most of my meals. It helps out a lot.

My goal weight is based on my BMI. Look up BMI on the internet. It will calculate what a healthy weight is based on your height. A healthy/normal weight for me is considered 170 and I'm 5/10. So far that's my goal weight. But once I get 185 I will see if I want to go lower. Hope this helps!

Yeah, I don't think that your elliptical machine is accurate. Are you moving at a pace where you're sweating a lot? I have a protein smoothie everyday. 1.5 scoop of chocolate whey protein powder, 1/2 cup of blueberries, 1/2 cup of soy milk, 1/2 cup of water and ice if you want. Then blend. It's delicious to me!!

I do most of my exercising at the gym. My two oldest go to school. And my 2 year old daughter comes with me and stays in the gym daycare while I work out. Now all the kids are on summer vacation and they all come with me. It's a family affair!!
