I'm doing the same - 2 days low - 1 day high - repeat - Saturday cheat. This is my first week and I'm down 3 pounds so far. I haven't added all of Chris Powell's exercises in yet, but plan on adding that in next week. I'm also struggling with the meal plans, but think I'm getting it down.

I've had a Fitbit One for a while now and I LOVE it!!! It syncs straight to the fitbit app on my phone and the fitbit app syncs with myfitnesspal. Definitely keeps you motivated to get your steps and stairs in for the day. The battery usually lasts me all week and then it takes no time to charge!
