In IE, if you go to Tools, Internet Options, Advanced you should see the options at the bottom to reset IE to default settings. That usually fixes most problems

I struggle with body dysmorphia so I know where you are coming from. Even when I do start to lose a little and it begins to show, I'm assuming people are just being nice. Its difficult to overcome, but you can do it. Believe in what you are doing.

Man I envy you guys that can get up and go workout before work. I have an hour commute and have to be there at 7. No way I can get up early enough to go the gym. That feeling after the workout is a good one. Thanks for the advice Chuck!

Thanks I appreciate that. I lost 75 pounds once by mainly just dieting. But I gained it back. I think if I exercise and get into that habit, I'll live a healthier life

Yeah that happened to me this week. Gained five pounds back. I was at 288 last week and then back to 295 for a day or so! I try not to focus on the number as long as I know that I'm doing what I should be. Keep that up and you'll see the changes eventually.
