Workout at Home Routine
Anyone got a good workout routine for home? I don't have any equipment really. I'm probably going to get back in the gym soon, but I want to try to get going at home first. Any tips would be greatly appreciated and shall grant you infinite high five karma.

Back in the saddle again...again
So this is my third time in the last two years starting this journey. I'm not sure why I can't stick with it, but I do believe I have the ability to do it. Just finding the motivation and the grit to stick to the plan. So if anyone wants to cheer me on, add me and I'll cheer you on as well!

What's your summit?
I mean in your weight journey. When you get to your goal, what is it that you are wanting to be a part of or accomplish? I have two. I want to do a mud run and I want some new tattoos. But I'm not getting new ink until I've earned it. What is your "summit?"

What tunes do you like to listen to when you are working out? What is the song that keeps you pushing past your wall? I find this super interesting to know the different types of stuff people listen too. I like me some Dropkick Murphys or some braggadocios rap lol

I'm not super concerned with the workout I'm doing. I'm not too hung up the exact exercises. I'm not trying to build muscle, just trying to tone and lose weight. That being said, I'm doing SOMETHING 30 mins a day, four times a week. In the next few weeks I want to build my stamina to 45 mins. Would four days a week still…
