  • Thank you! This is one thing I struggle with, I'm used to a heaping huge plate of food...so I started using the side plates from my set, rather than the larger full size ones. It keeps me more aware of how much I really should be eating, and it is helping me teach my sons about portions as well.

  • Hi there, I think Chinese food is really 'iffy' and you have to be really careful. In general, any 'buffet' style, or western style chinese food is not going to be that healthy.
