I am doing a version of this keeping my carbs at 30 g or less and getting them from veggies. I love it so far. I don't feel bloated, I'm energized, and never feel hungry. I honestly feel like i finally found what works for me. I hate bread and rice makes me sick but i was still eating them because i wanted to eat something…

I've made muffin turkey and egg quiches that came out to 81 calories and only 1 g of carb.

So yesterday while preparing a turkey burger for my son, I made quiches from the 2 left over patties. I calculated the asparagus, tomato, 8 eggs, and the 2 turkey patties for 12 servings and they came out to 81 calories per muffin! I ate one of those at 8:30 and i was good! the saltiness of the patty and filling airiness…

Thanks everyone. I think tonight after i make dinner I will make a few egg quiche that i can easily reheat and have for breakfast and for these late night cravings. A quick string cheese before I brush my teeth should do the job and if it doesn't work a nice warm tea. You guys are awesome!

I think our bodies need some carbs.... I just noticed that juice from a lemon has 8 grams of carbs! And these types of carbs can't be bad. I know that veggies also have carbs and i wouldn't think a healthy diet cuts those out as well. I am going to try to avoid anything beyond 60 g of carb a day. I hope this works for me.

Mine is a complete liar! lol! I weigh way more than what I look like and I fit into things better when they they are more fitted vs loose fitting. I love my body!

Mineral Water, water, tea. I make ice tea all of the time and never add sugar nor honey.

I totally agree everyone has tried a fad diet or pill once in their lives! I have found natural appetite suppressants like ground flax that i put a scoop of into my water bottle. I usually have it before my lunch so i feel full after I've eaten what i have to eat. You can friend me and maybe help each other out.…
