  • Personally I don't think you absolutely have to hit that 1200 calorie mark (although of course I'm no expert), I just try to make sure I'm getting plenty of fruits, vegetables and meats in my three main meals for the day as well as eating whenever I feel truly hungry.
  • ;w; I have chubby, weak arms~ I have lost half of my desired weight so far but I haven't noticed a change in my thighs nor arms (which are my main annoyances) only in my stomach/waist. Do you have any suggestions on how to do strength training for an absolute beginner?
  • Thank you c:
  • I also tried a weight-loss hypnosis app quite a while ago, as the post above said, it works wonders for helping you fall asleep and feel relaxed but beyond that I saw no change. In my opinion I don't think there would be much difference between that of the hypnosis app and an actual hypnotherapist.
  • I am the same, the first few times I tried dieting I failed miserably but this last time I have really stuck to it (for around 18 days now) and have lost 11.5kg in total. As for the metformin I can't stand the stuff, originally my doctor got me to take a quarter of a tablet to get me used to it and after a while I was fine…
  • I'm not sure about insulin resistance but I do have PCOS myself?
