  • I am exactly the same!! I start craving sugar around /4pm when my day at work starts dragging. I find I just need something sweet so i have an almond bounce ball or a naked bar. Have something sweet but healthy that you can look forward too.?
  • Lower back and ab fat will go as you lose more weight, it is mainly diet though. Thats the first area for junk food to go- clean up your diet and keep burning. Also wear a trimming belt when you work out, it heats the area so you burn from that area. The circulation there is poor so it's harder to burn fat.

  • I used to do this. I would have a 'cheat' day every saturday night and eat whatever I wanted. I would feel gross on Sunday so I don't bother anymore. It's not worth it.
