Woot woot! So when we set our goals, one of my goals was to run 2km nonstop. Tonight I ran 3km nonstop in 25 minutes. When I did my first 5km run back in June it took me something like 47minutes    I'm going to post my favouritet healthy recipe shortly as that is today's task. Hope you are all…

I don't do numerical goals as my brain freaks out and I self - sabotage. I try to set exercise and nutrition related challenges instead - both of which egg on the weight loss

Hello All! Well eating went down the proverbial toilet:sad: . I didn't spread my eating well and was ravenous when I got home so even after having dinner, I kept munching. No I didn't log and no I'm not going to. I've confessed here and that is good enough for me. The damn leftover lasagna kept calling my name. Biggest…

Ok so despite being the person who set the spontaneous challenge, I totally forgot about it! I've managed to get it all in except the crunches so far but I've got 40 minutes to go until bed time so hopefully I will get them done. I got 12 cups of water in. I must confess that I munched a lot on the left over lasagna...and…

Feel free to add me. I've always been overweight. When I started I weighed 167kg at 5'6":embarassed: ....I'm now down to 114.9kg (still 5'6"...would like to find some height inches!!). Its taken me two years, the last year being on MFP. This is totally do-able. Baby steps, celebrate all the little victories.

Who's bright idea was 30% protein.....???? Struggling! At 25% according to mfp on my phone but its always different then when Cynthia has told me it and I like Cynthia's calculations better!

Got in 12 glasses of water today....was bursting and trying to herd kids out of the room so I could run to the loo at the end of every set of lessons but I'm impressed as I normally barely scrap 8 on a Tuesday! Tomorrow is protein day - you are aiming for 30% or more!!

Renae - I eat quaker oats - just add hot water and a splash of milk. Doesn't expand that much and super yum! Used to eat at home all the time too. Maple sugar flavoured was always my favourite. Julie: what brand was the shake - I've been toying with the idea of investing in some...? Cynthia: well done on entering a…

Doesn't work: eating back exercise calories, denying myself, coming home before the gym Works: drinking lots of water, running (seems to trigger bigger loses for me), fitting in 'treats' here and there like a square of dark chocolate, seeing my trainer once a week, weighing in each day.

Trying not to eat. Just had an emotional conversation with my mom about weddings and all I want to do is stuff my face. Long story long, my brother has announced he and his fiance want all of us to travel to Cuba in feb/march for their wedding. Normally this would be fine but I can't take a week off outside of holiday time…

My most interesting trip was to Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso where my husband and I married (he's from there). My favourite city I think is Prague. We are off to somewhere in the Caribbean in the next year - I'm excited as that is a new location for me. As I'm a Canadian living in the UK, I've done a bit of travelling in…
