Feel free to send request! I'm married with a 1 month old at home. Before getting pregnant I lost 120lbs and still had a ways to go. I worked out 6 days a week mixing cardio and weights. I miss it and am just waiting to get the all clear from my doctor to start running again. It will be a bit before I'm back at the gym…

okay, I'm not even going come close to 75% on this month - been diagnosed this morning with a chest infection - yippee:sad: I haven't exercised in almost 2 weeks now. No caffeine....that I can definately do! I cut coffee when I found out I was pregnant...I did buy some this morning in order to have a cup sometimes but I will wait until tomorrow! Feeling pretty good so might do a modified version of the hand step drill

Well I'm done today's challenge! I actually got 70+ grams of protein :bigsmile: I wanted to do the bilateral supermans but refrained. However the hands in cold water was surprisingly nice and took my headache away (which I will take as not taking any pain meds!). Hope you are all having great days! :flowerforyou:

I slept an hour more yesterday, did 50 calf raises and had a big salad with dinner. Had a scare last night (bleeding) but scan shows I am fine but I am doing nothing otday but sleeping and putting my feet up!

I tried the best class ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Did some circuit training and then went up to African Dance.
