Oh, I'm sad this post didn't warrant the cut and paste document. LOL

Are you adding it from a smartphone where you can scan the barcode?

Then I got nothin'

Unless your under 5 foot you are most certainly not maintaining on 1200 calories. Do you use a food scale to weight everything? You're likely overeating.

Calesthenics are bodyweight excersices that you can do in your living room (if you have the space and furniture). http://bodyweighttrainingarena.com/basic-calisthenics-workout-routine-for-begginers/

Oh so your endurance is crap. Okay, gotcha. I was this way too. Calesthenics helped me a bunch with that. I weigh in every morning, but I've also been doing this for a couple years and only weigh every day to see how, what I ate the day before, affected me overnight. I would recommend weighing once a week, take…

Seems to have very unflavorful meals. :disappointed:

What does this mean?

Wut? My salad today was way more than 5 ingredients and still under 400 calories. Where is this "rule"?

A week? So you net under 1000? Patience is a virtue. Have some and eat more.

Awesome! Is it coming off all over or are you a lucky one that it comes off your mid section first?

Not sure about the merit or if anyone thinks this site isn't credit worthy but here's what I know about alcohol and losing weight. "Alcohol -- The Preferred Fuel Over Fat Weight loss does not come easily for most people -- you must burn more calories than you take in, and it is a lot easier for most people to consume…

Right, but if you only see this woman at the gym, that's the only time to talk to her. Surely you wouldn't want him stalking her to see where she goes after the gym just to find a more optimal place to intruduce himself. I agree with TSith about taping a note to a protein bar and dropping it in her bag or somewhere…

YES!!! And it was all my fault. YAY!!! I won't go there again though.

You're over estimating calories somewhere. Don't measure solids. Use cups and spoons for liquids only and even them be weary. Do you have a food scale that measures mL and grams, and/or oz? That's how solids should be weighed out. You're eating more than 1720/day. On top of that, if you lost 20 lbs, the recommended…
