If you're only 185 lbs, 2500 calories is overeating for you. Your maintenance should be about 2000 so if you're looking to loose, you should stick to a goal below that each day, maybe 1750. Of course this all depends on how tall you are. These numbers are assuming you're around 5'8" ish.

That's awesome. Lookin' good. I'm just getting back into things myself after a year off and crept back up 20 lbs. :-( Hoping some of your success may rub off on me. :-)

MBA so Master's in Business emphasizing on management and finance. I'm currently payroll where I work and hope to be the plant financial coordinator when my boss retires

Not true, hence the sentence beginner of "I think". For some people it is successful. Just because it's a low rate doesn't mean it's not a success for some.

I know it's been said already. Just wanted to put this put there for your reference.

Awesome job. So other than eating less than you burn, how did you choose to burn? What exercises did you do to get your figure?

Okay now wait a minute. This depends on your interpretation of exercise. Some say any movement is considered exercise. According to Webster it's bodily activity for the sake of improving physical fitness. If you're asking specifically to know what to put down for your lifestyle activity then jemhh is correct, you can…

It might not be so bad if it's a chicken or steak salad. But for each meal not having much protein or any sweets? Hell no!

Go to your settings and reset all your info with the new info then click on "Let's Get Started". It'll recalculate then.

Find a set program that fits your needs (working out different muscle groups each day or full body a few times a week) and stick to it. Don't try to "create" your own routine, or just willy nilly do lifts because you think they are doing something you don't actually know about, as it may not give you the results you want.…

I tried "It Works" for 6 weeks. Followed all instructions to a T, took pictures and measured each week, kept a daily journal of how I felt and how my skin changed and my personal experience concluded that it doesn't work.
-
How tall are you? I only ask because I started at 231 and am down to between 180 and 190. I never took before pics so your pics help puts my own loss into perspective. That's awesome and keep up the great work!

Lift heavy things off the ground and over your head in various positions. Always keep your back straight.
-
That is awesome. Great job!!!

In short...YES!!! If you're not weighing your food, you're most definitely taking in more calories than you think.
-
If you're really honest about your calorie intake and you're sure you only take in 1200 a day after exercise, I would highly consider recomp instead of focusing on that last 10 pounds. You'll find that those last ten pounds won't come off but the inches will.

You can't spot reduce fat and toning does not exist. Continue to eat at a deficit while lifting heavy and you'll have the body you want in no time. Just gotta be patient and let your body eat itself how it wants to. I'm almost exactly where you are but I've been using the SL 5X5 program for 2 years. I'm not as flabby…

I had a boss that thought everyday was bring your pet to work day, yet she yelled at my co-worker for having to have her kids dropped off for a few minutes one day while her ex was late to pick them up, stating it was not a daycare. My co-worker quit that day after yelling back that it also wasn't a kennel.

I have an IUD and am lucky enough to not have my TOM. I haven't had one for many years. I do tend to know when my time would have been by the little spike of sweets in my diary but that's about it. My nurse looks at me funny when I go in for my annual appointment and she asks the constant question of "when was the first…

Our security doesn't allow children here, or anyone that doesn't work here for that matter. Can't get a surprise visit from anyone. LOL

I felt the same so I cut off 23" a few weeks ago. It makes me look younger. My hair is very thick so I didn't get the exact cut I wanted but I can do so many things with it now. It's cooler for the summer and gives me an excuse to wear my fancy scarves. My pic shows you what I did. It was down to my @$$.

Can someone please explain to me how what Crazii4Cookiezz responded with is abuse? Great job on your loss!!!

Being put under is just like sleeping. You'll think you just took a nap. I'm having surgery on my mouth in a few months and they want to put me in a conscious sedation. I'd rather be put under but I understand the issues with it.

I don't think I could ever get tot hat point without throwing it all up

Depends on who's doing them and how many times I have to reach across the table to hit them.
-
Have them removed. Gives you an excuse to use all your daily calories on ice cream
-
I did this with Lost for my management class in college.
-
Oh that's not bad. You should see my 4000 calorie days when I'm only allotted 1500  Like you said, an ooops day. You own it (good on you) and move on. Great job on the loss! Keep it up!
