Does work count as exercise?

Hi everyone :D
I'm new to this site and need some advice on this?
.I work two jobs (love them both) which equates to about 30-45 hours PW. I am a skincare specialist in one and a bartender in the other (quite the mixture) but both jobs mean I am ALWAYS on my feet, rushing around.
I also walk to work, downhill/uphill so approximately I do approx 3 hours of fast walking a week on top.
Is this enough exercise for someone like me?

    No, that is not exercise. That is part of your lifestyle and should be reflected in your choice of sedentary, lightly active, etc.

    You can list yourself as sedentary and then log activity at work but it's not exercise.

    It's activity, not exercise. Exercise is a deliberate activity which is performed in an effort to increase physical fitness.

    Not sure what you're asking. Your base activity level is relatively high, and the walking is a reasonable basic cardio workout. As long as you're not training for sports or interested in having a defined ("toned" in some circles) body, and as long as your calorie intake matches your activity level, you're probably on a healthy track.

    Okay now wait a minute. This depends on your interpretation of exercise. Some say any movement is considered exercise. According to Webster it's bodily activity for the sake of improving physical fitness.

    If you're asking specifically to know what to put down for your lifestyle activity then jemhh is correct, you can either put sedentary and add all this walking as your cardio, or you can put down that you have a lightly active lifestyle and not count it as exercise. Personally, that's what I would do is put it down as lightly active and not count it.

    I'm a ballet teacher and always in my feet as well. After many failed attempts of trying to figure out the exact calorie burn for every single one of my classes, I found it was much easier to set my activity level as lightly active and to never log my classes as actual exercise.
