I had a boss that thought everyday was bring your pet to work day, yet she yelled at my co-worker for having to have her kids dropped off for a few minutes one day while her ex was late to pick them up, stating it was not a daycare. My co-worker quit that day after yelling back that it also wasn't a kennel.
