Exercises that help tone !!

I am close to reaching my weight loss goal, however I want to start toning my arms, stomach & thighs. Does anyone know any exercises that may help?

    Lift heavy things off the ground and over your head in various positions. Always keep your back straight.

    Toning is a myth. You have to loose weight to obtain muscle definition. That's done in kitchen, along with following a structured weight training program.
