1/4 c grapenuts mixed w/ nonfat yogurt. Keeps me full until lunch!

Light and fit yogurt mixed with 1/4 cup grapenuts and 1/2 c berries. Fills me up like nothing else!

I would love to lose 4 pounds in 2 weeks! I think your doing great! One thing I do want to mention...the # of calories burned by using a peice of equipment can vary greatly person to person depending on intensity etc...
