  • I'm in since 1/3...trying to reduce sugar intake as well.
  • I have the same trouble on the weekends. The workouts are good and I enjoy them, but I make poor food choices on the weekend. My legs are really feeling the burn from yesterday's (Day29) workout. Plus for my cardio today I did a sprint workout for 40 minutes on the treadmill.
  • I finally weighed in and took measurements. Lost some inches but only .4 lbs. Hopefully I'll see more weight loss on day 30. I always struggle with how many calories to eat. MFP says 1300 before the addition of the calories from working out. I've had a dietician in the past tell me I need 1700! How are you all managing the…
