I feel better since I started drinking it and it is nice to be able to just mix it up and go for me for breakfast as that is my rush time. The Chocolate is the first meal replacment powder that actually tastes good to me and I've tried a lot of them out there. They are worth it.

I am usually starving the day after a heavy lifting workout.

wow you are an inspiration, you are where I want to be. Congratulations!!!!

It depends on your current fitness level. I think ChaLean is best for starting out, it will still kick your butt. (I'm on my 3rd week of Push). Once I finish with it I'm moving on to P90X. I tried P90X a year or more ago and really got depressed because I couldn't even do the first workout. I hope this helped.

I chew a lot of Gum, that helps when I am at my desk and I take a walk or workout when I'm at home.

This is so true and funny. I have 2 Corgis and my female will get in bed and curl up next to you so you end up on the edge of the bed and she has the rest of it (King sized bed). She is only 18 inches long, I still can't figure out how she does it.

I think it looks like a scam too, After trying so many things that promise big losses and never worked I am doing this the slow and easy way, this way I'm not wasting any more money on things that don't work like that site. Just track your food here and work out and you should lose it safely and keep it off.
-
WELCOME!!! I will send you a freind request. You can never have too many people as friends in your journey.

I am in week one of the Push Phase, my only suggestion is to make sure you are ready to give it your all. The Burn was getting too easy for me and now the 1st day of Push hasme feeling it again. Good Luck and if you do it right and go all the way through you will see an inches difference.

For the biting give her hard chew toys, it sounds like she is teething. But I agree with Themaidofastolat that you need to find a rescue for the puppy, google shepard rescue for Texas, or you can go to the AKC website. www.akc.org to find a sanctioned rescue, please don't feel like you need to keep the puppy, especially if…
