I create my own exercise. you have to look it up, it doesn't find it and then at the bottom you can Add an exercise. Make sure you have your HRM since you will have to know the time and calories burned.

I love all of BeachBody's videos but to begin try the Turbo Jam, If you like to lift weights then try the ChaLean Extreme videos. They are great. You can also compare the videos on Beachbody's website.

First of wow for wanting to take care of 12 kids, that should be exercise in it's own right. Second, I remember having a lot of fruit at camp when I went there. Try just watching your portions and eating lots of fruit and salads. you could also take your own snack bars with you and keep them in your locker away from the…

Wow CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!! Just keep working it and the numbers will come to you. You might want to make your new goals like lose inches instead of Weight.

I use my HRM and follow MFP recomendations and eat half my exercise cals back.

If I were you with a VERY bad knee I would look into doing ChaLean Extreme instead of P90X. I personally love both but ChaLean is a little lower intensity than P90X and easier on the joints I found. I would suggest getting a HRM no matter what to calculate your calorie burn not go off someonw elses.

Congrats, you look great and it is nice to see I have something to look forward to. I also didn't take day 0 pictures but I'm only 2 days into my P90X expierence so maybe I'll take some this week. Keep it up you are an inspiration.

You are not alone, but I would suggest chewing gum when the craving for food happens and then at least take a walk around the block. The biggest help for stress is exercise, so at least get started working out and I think you will feel better.

It will depend on the Cardio you are doing. I know alot of people add in Turbo with thier ChaLean. I have the Extra DVDs so I use some of her other Cardio Workouts if I need something more.

The first line on the link is this is a FAD diet, in fact if you read the entire article it tells you this is not heatlhy. Like everyone else is saying stick the the healthy way of losing weight, most of us have tried at least one of these FAD diets and have proven they don't work.

I have been at a plateau for over a month also. Just keep up thte work and it will just fall off one day. Also keep track of your measurements and how your clothes are fitting. You may find you are losing inches and gaining muscle. Good luck and don't give up

Where did you get your copy of P90X because it comes with every copy sent out from Beachbody.

Make sure you are eating all of alloted calories for the day and at least 1/2 of your exercise calories. If you are not then your body may think it is starving.

I was going to suggest doing some kind of exercise and get moving. I know I feel better when I've done something. If it continues though I would suggest talking to a doctor and ruling out physical problems.

I can't jump either (shin problems), I still do my Plyo DVDs, I just modify and stay low.

Thanks for the post it is great info. Amberc - it works, I am feeling better and even though I just broke my plateau weight wise I am losing inches better than I was before I started drinking the shakes. :smile:
