Hi,
I'm excited that ChaLean arrived today a few minutes ago. I do have a question about the calories. In the guide it says I'm in the 1,400 cal a day range for weight loss. Do you guys stick to the range it tells you or do you follow what MFP says to do and eat back calories burned?
I'm looking into a HRM but if the majority of users just stick with what the guide says and lose steadily I think I'll wait on the HRM and save myself the $.

I've been sticking with MFP's recommendations and have had success.

I use my HRM and follow MFP recomendations and eat half my exercise cals back.0

Thank you. For now I'll start out without it and just call it circuit training. So I can save up for the HRM. And I would love to join the board. I'll check it out when I start.0
