Hi,
I'm excited that ChaLean arrived today a few minutes ago. I do have a question about the calories. In the guide it says I'm in the 1,400 cal a day range for weight loss. Do you guys stick to the range it tells you or do you follow what MFP says to do and eat back calories burned?

I'm looking into a HRM but if the majority of users just stick with what the guide says and lose steadily I think I'll wait on the HRM and save myself the $.
