I think a period or two might be beneficial to help one understand your post. Without any type of punctuation, it is quite difficult to read it. I'm not a stickler for grammar or spelling, but basic proper punctuation is pretty much necessary to make a post comprehensible.

I love SkinnyGirl. I had the Sangria a couple of nights ago and it was really good too. Put it in a pitcher with some sliced fruit and you would never know.

I had my second in Nov. of 2010 and I feel you on not being able to use the baby weight excuse. I believe in the whole "It took 9 months to put it on, so expect it to take that long to take it off" But I'm there and I've got 20 lbs to go.
