Ibuprofen is your friend....I have sciatic pain also. When mine is flared up I take 2-3 ibuprofen and lay off sugar which seems to get it going. Also eat lots of fruit and veggies and drink lots of water with lemon juice in it. As far as exercise ease up till it feels better. just stick to easy cardio for a while like…

not sure any specific exercise would help in just 12 days...more cardio for an extended period of time will trim it though. What may work and has worked for me in the past is to go to a spa and have a body wrap done for cellulite and let them know your specific area you want to concentrate on. You will loose a few inches…

Also you might be able to use imitation vanilla flavoring. You could ask your doctor about that. Most store bought vanilla is the imitation kind.

you could try making something with agave syrup or rice syrup. Both are very sweet and satisfying. They even make chocolate agave syrup for those of you who can do the cocoa. could try using it with non gluten oats in a recipe or with some of the gluten free flours you can get at the whole foods market or health foods…

I like the flavored seltzer waters. You can get them at Kroger. They are not sweet at all but are fizzy and fruit flavored so basically you are just drinking water but it tastes better and you KIND of feel like you are drinking a soda. But just make sure you read the label and get the ones with no sweeteners what so ever.…

I would log it as hiking with a less than 10lb load which you are getting by pushing the stroller. Or you could just keep logging "pushing a stroller" and pad the time a little. Best thing is to eventually get an hrm

On your food tab at the top...click it and you should see several tabs underneath one of which, to the right, is recipes. Click on that and then you should see a green button that says enter new recipe. Click it and then put the name of your recipe in the top box and then click on the button that says add ingredient. Now…

I suffer too...at one point when it was really bad I would put a dime to nickle size amount of nice, food grade body oil in my palms and rub it into the ends (lower 1/3) of my hair really well and then brush thru with a boar brislte brush. You can use olive, sweet almond, apricot kernel, grapeseed oil or whatever. Believe…

One of the first things my trainer suggested to me was to work out first thing in the morning before breakfast and then to eat after but not to wait longer than 2 hrs after waking to eat.
