This was a big challenge for me too. I went from drinking a glass of wine with dinner every night to now having a glass or two a week, its made a big difference in my weight loss. I try to indulge in wine only at get togethers or special occasions now.

I drink a powdered magnesium supplement that I bought at a health food store, it's helped me a lot.

I cut bread and other grains out of my diet and found it much easier to lose weight. I only eat bread now on my cheat days, maybe once a week.

I love it! I drink it every day. Zico makes a chocolate flavored coconut water that makes an amazing dessert!

I also have a sweet tooth. I whip coconut milk and eat it with berries, or have a piece of dark chocolate. If that still doesn't satisfy me I brush my teeth so I just stop eating. Hang in there!
