My calories are also set to 1250, but I try to stay within 1200 usually. I'm also 25/5'3 and looking to lose about 50 more lbs. New friends are always welcome!

My size 16 jeans fit again! They wouldn't even button two weeks ago, but I tried them on again this morning (gotta do laundry :p) and they totally look great! Also, as a non-weight loss NSV, my super annoying next door neighbors are moving out :D

I haven't been eating after 7PM and have been snacking a lot less while at work. These are both huge for me because even when I saw that I had extra calories for the day, I'd eat late at night and I've noticed it has affected my weight loss a lot. Food is always around at work as well, and I'm practicing some self-control.…

Today, I tried on my favorite jacket that my boyfriend's mom got me for Christmas, and I can button it comfortably again!!! I can't wait to wear it when the weather cools down :D edit: ALL of my winter coats fit!!! YAY MORE MOTIVATION!

I've only lost 8 pounds so far, but my coworker has said she noticed me losing. I've also lost 3 inches around my waist and have noticed myself that my waist getting smaller (I feel lucky that it tends to disappear in this area first).

Wow! Great progress. What was your routine to lose that quickly? I've currently lost 6lbs and am at 220 from the last three weeks.
